摘要
文章通过人力资本投资视角分析了高职院校教师培训风险的几种形式,并基于激励理论中的需要层次理论、双因素理论、强化理论、公平理论等四个理论视角提出了规避风险的措施。
From the perspective of human resources investment, this paper analyzes several forms of higher vocational college teachers' training risks, and proposes the measures to prevent these risks from the perspective of stimulate theory.
