摘要
基于生产理论的非参数DEA方法,探讨了区域能源效率评价问题。选取天津市1990年到2010年数据进行测度,发现天津市能源效率总体呈现先下降后上升的趋势,转折点出现在1995年。使用审查回归模型(TOBIT)对该效率的影响因素进行分析,发现产业结构、技术进步、政府对经济的影响力、对外开放程度等因素都对天津市能源效率的提升有显著正向影响,而制度因素影响并不显著。进一步分析了区域发展中提升能源效率的途径。
The paper makes an empirical study on the energy efficiency feature of Tianjin from 1990 to 2010 based on nonparametric frontier model. The results show that the trends of energy efficiency presenting descend in advance then uplifted. It analyzes the influencing factors used TOBIT-model. There are many factors influencing the energy efficiency such as industry structure, technology progress, government force and the degree of opening. Institutional factor did not have obvious influence on the energy efficiency. At last, it discusses the method of improving the energy efficiency in Tianiin.
