摘要 采用研华PCI-1220U运动控制卡作为伺服控制接口,工控机通过该接口控制电动助力转向器总成测试系统的伺服电机对电动助力转向器进行加载,实现电动助力转向器管柱总成(含ECU控制器)综合性能的自动测试。试验结果表明,采用PCI-1220U多功能运动控制卡,以VB6.0为软件开发平台,可满足两轴伺服电机的控制要求,实现实时运动控制。 This paper applies Advantech PCI -1220U motion control card as the interface of the ser- vo control to carry out the comprehensive performance test of the electric power steering (EPS) system. Servo motor was taken as a load of the EPS testing system. The industrial computer manipulates the servo motor to load to the EPS testing system via the interface. The test results show that the PCI - 1220U multi-function motion control card is able to meet control requirements of the two-axis servo motor to real- ize the real-time motion control based on the VB6.0 software platform.
