摘要
随着老旧管网的改造,带水泥砂浆内衬的球墨铸铁管越来越广泛地被应用到城市供水系统。与铁制管网基于铁释放和碳酸盐体系的水质稳定性研究不同,带水泥砂浆内衬球磨铸铁管为硅酸盐体系。因此,通过实验室动态模拟管网试验,分析了海水淡化水在带水泥砂浆内衬球磨铸铁供水管网输配过程中的水质稳定性。通过对酸碱条件、碱度、硬度和余氯等不同的水质参数研究发现,pH值、余氯浓度对管网腐蚀速率影响较小;碱度、硬度对其影响较大,腐蚀速率随浓度的升高而降低。
With the reconstruction of old pipelines, cement mortar lined cast iron pipe is more and more extensively used to the urban water supply system. The silicate system of the cement mortar lined cast iron pipe network is different from iron pipe network which is based on iron release and carbonate system. Batch-scale dynamic simulation experiments were done to analyze the water quality stability of desalinated water in cement mortar lined cast iron water supply system. The parameters include acid-base condition, alkalinity, hardness and residual chlorine. It was found that pH and residual chlorine had a small influence upon the pipeline corrosion rate, and alkalinity and hardness had a great impact on the pipeline corrosion rate. The pipeline corrosion rate increases with the increasing concentration of alkalinity and hardness.
