摘要
研究了循环热处理对90W-7Ni-3Fe高密度钨合金力学性能的影响。结果表明,经循环热处理的合金试样其抗拉强度及冲击韧性明显提高,但延伸率有所下降。通过扫描电镜(SEM)对合金试样断口进行观察,探讨了氩气氛下循环热处理对合金力学性能影响的机理。
The effects of cyclic heat treatment were investigated on the mechanical properties of the tung-sten heavy alloy 90W-TNi-3Fe. The results show that both the tensile strength and impact toughness of the alloy sample are improved significantly by cyclic heat treatment, while its elongation is reduced. The frac- ture of the alloy is observed by SEM,and then the influencing mechanism of cyclic heat treatment on alloy mechanical properties in argon atmosphere is discussed.
