基于专家规则的超临界机组汽温关联控制技术

摘要 超(超)临界机组燃水控制点至主汽温测点间的控制环节多、流程跨度长,在传统的汽温控制策略中,各级汽温控制相互独立,各环节间缺乏协调统一性,系统抗扰动能力差。研究了基于专家控制规则的汽温关联控制策略,将汽温控制对象扩展到从水冷壁至末级过热器整个热量流程上,控制目标不再是单一维持末级汽温稳定,而要始终确保整个汽温流程链中各点温度稳定,有效抑制了锅炉超温现象。 There are multiple loops and long process between the separator and tiae superneater m t uttraj supercritical units, and in the traditional steam temperature control strategy, each stage steam tempera- ture control is relatively independent and lack of unity, the ability of system anti-disturbance is poor. The interconnected control strategy based on expert rules is researched, the control object of main steam tem- perature system is expanded to the whole heat utilization process, i.e. from the water wall to the final su- perheater, the control target is not maintaining the stability of main steam temperature, but ensuring the stability of all loops, the boiler overheating phenomenon is effectively inhibited.
