约翰·邓恩不仅是关注玄学的诗人,更是有着博大胸怀的牧师,其作品中"混乱"、"秩序"、"再生"和"救赎"等意象体现了他对人与自然、人与自身、人与神之和谐关系的思索与重构,并蕴含了深刻的生态整体观和生态和谐理念。
John Donne is not only a metaphysical poet but also a humane priest. His adoption of the images of ＂chaos,＂ ＂order,＂ ＂rebirth,＂ ＂salvation,＂ etc. in his works reflects his speculation on reconstituting the harmonious relationships between human and nature, human and himself, human and God, and implies his idea of ecological holism and ecological harmony.
