离子色谱法测定PO3^3-、PO4^3-及其在废水处理中的中控分析

Determination of PO_3^(3-) and PO_4^(3-) by Ion Chromatography and Its Application in Mid-Controlled Analysis of Wastewater Treatment

摘要 建立了废水中PO33-和PO43-的离子色谱检测方法.选用浓度为4.5 mmol/L/0.8 mmol/L的Na2CO3/NaH-CO3的淋洗液,流速1.00 mL/min,电导检测器.实验结果表明:PO33-的质量浓度在1.00~32.00 mg/L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),检出限25.90μg/L,相对标准偏差为0.57%;PO34-的质量浓度在1.00~32.00 mg/L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),检出限41.00μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.34%.PO33-的加标回收率为94.2%~102.0%,PO34-的加标回收率为101.2%~105.0%.使用所建立的检测方法为废水中的PO33-的氧化提供中控分析,考察了氧化剂的用量、反应温度、硫酸含量对氧化效果的影响. An ion chromatography analysis method was proposed for detecting PO3^3- and PO4^3- in wastewater. The mixed solution of Na2CO3/NaHCO3(4.5 mmol/L/0. 8 mmol/L)was used as eluent, its flow rate was 1.00mL/min and the electrical conductivity detector was used as a detector. The results showed that the linear relationship was good (r = 0. 999 9)within the range of 1.00-32. 00mg/L for PO3^3- The detection limit of PO3^3- was 25.90 μg/L and the relative standard deviation was 0.57%. The linear relationship was good (r = 0. 999 7 )within the range of 1.00-32.00 mg/L for PO4^3-. The detection limit of PO4^3- was 41.00 μg/L and the relative standard deviation was 1.34%. The standard addition recoveries of PO3^3- were from 94.2% to 102.0%, and those of PO4^3- were from 101.2% to 105.0%. The established testing method was used in a mid-controlled analysis of the oxidation of PO3^- and the effects of oxidizing agent dosage, reaction temperature, and content of sulfuric acid on oxidation were investigated.
