摘要
多孔材料湿平衡曲线是了解和获得围护结构湿传递过程中有关特性参数、传递系数和进行湿过程动态分析的基础。本文以一种新型保温砂浆的湿平衡实验数据为例,比较了3种等温吸放湿曲线和1种水分保持特性曲线用来表达湿平衡状况的优劣。结果表明,在吸湿阶段,利用FSEC模型可以得到很好的结果,所有测试点的拟合相对误差都可以控制在4%以内;在整个湿平衡阶段,Gauss模型则是4种模型中与实验数据最为接近的。
The moisture storage function is the basic of achieving the relevant parameters and the transfer coefficients of the moisture transfer,and is also the basic of the dynamic analysis.In this paper,the comparison of three kinds of moisture sorption isotherm and one kind of water retention characteristic have been presented along with the experimental data of a new thermal insulation mortar.The results show that the data calculated by FSEC model are the closest to the experimental data in the hygroscopic moisture range;the relative errors of all data are less than 4%.And the data calculated by Gauss model are the closest to the experimental data in the all moisture range.
