摘要
薄膜过滤法是《中华人民共和国药典》2000版附录收录的微生物限度检验中的方法之一,其对于抑菌强的药品具有有效的消除效果,具有简便、快速、易操作的特点,被应用于多种药品的微生物检验。
Membrane filtration is one method of microbial limit test which includs in Appendix of Pharmacopoeia of the People＇s Republic of China in the 2000 edition. It can effectively eliminate the inhibitory effect of the drug,has the characteristics of simple, fast, easy to operate,and is applied a variety of drugs＇ microbial test.
