摘要
以磷酸锂为锂源,葡萄糖为碳源采用CTAB模板水热法合成LiFePO4/C材料。采用XRD、SEM、TEM、EDS、LAND电池测试系统及电化学工作站等对材料的晶体结构、形貌和电化学性能进行测试,重点分析了材料的低温特性。结果表明:添加2%的表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵,经600℃,2 h固相烧成,得到的样品颗粒大小均匀,颗粒形貌为片状颗粒的聚集体,具有较小的交流阻抗和良好的低温充放电性能。
LiFePO4/C was synthesized by CTAB template hydrothermal method using glucose as carbon source and Li3PO4 as lithium source. The crystalline structure, morphology and electrochemical performance of the samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction, SEM, TEM, EDS, charge-discharge tests and AC impedance techniques. Low-temperature performance of the synthesized material was discussed. The results show that the optimal CTAB content is 2% and the sintering temperature is 600℃ for 2 h. The as-prepared material shows uniform aggregates of flake particles, with lower AC impedance and better low-temperature performance.
