摘要
考试是用一定的标准对学生掌握的知识、技能进行测试，而所谓的标准是由试题来体现的，所以试卷的质量是核心环节。本文对我院09级临床（全科医学方向）255名同学《妇产科学》进行试题改革，全部采用标准化试题，现对试卷进行回顾性统计分析，以发现教学中的不足，找出问题，总结经验，进一步推进教学改革，不断提高我院妇产科教学质量。
Examinations is a test that uses certain standards for students to master knowledge, skills, the so-called standard is embodied by the questions, so the quality of the papers in the core areas. 09 clinical （general medical direction） in our hospital 255 students, ＂Obstetrics and Gynecology＂ questions of reform, all using standardized test papers retrospective statis tical analysis to discover the lack of teaching, to identify problems, sum up experience, to further promote the teaching reform, and constantly improve the quality of hospital maternity teaching.
