摘要
目的:探讨对ICU护士进行心电监护心律失常识别能力培训的方法及效果。方法:采用系统培训及调查法对121名参与ICU专科护士资格认证培训班的护士进行培训与调查评定。结果:培训后ICU护士对心电监护心律失常识别能力提高(P<0.05),对培训教学的满意率为97.5%。结论:开展心律失常相关知识系统培训可提高ICU护士心电监护心律失常的识别能力。
Objective： To explore the methods and effects about ICU nurse training on how to recognize arrhythmia correctly during ECG monitoring by conduct arrhythmia recognition ability training on students in ICU nurse accreditation training class. Method： To compare the proficiency of arrhythmia recognition before and after the training by questionnaire. Result： Students in ICU nurse accreditation training class had improved the abihty of arrhythmia recognition after the training, and students＇ satisfaction rate was 97.5%. Conclusion： The training of arrhythmia knowledge can improve ICU nurses＇ arrhythmia recognition during ECG monitoring.
