摘要
研究不同温度淬火处理对焊态R60702各区域微观组织及耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,焊态R60702合金在α相区低温淬火,焊缝及热影响区为针状马氏体组织,母材为等轴晶组织,但金属间化合物在晶界处聚集。β相区高温淬火,焊缝及热影响区为稍粗针状马氏体组织,母材转变为细针状马氏体组织。耐腐蚀试验表明,两种组织均降低R60702合金的耐腐蚀性。
The effects of different quenching treatment on microstructure and corrosion resistance of R60702 welded joints were researched.The results showed that the weld and HAZ is still the acicular martensite microstructure,the base material is equiaxed crystal microstructure,the second phase of intermetallic compounds gather at grain boundaries after quenching in α phase region.After quenching in β phase region,the weld and HAZ is the acicular martensite microstructure which is a little larger,the base material is the fine acicular martensite.The results of corrosion tests indicate that both the microstructures decreases the corrosion resistance of alloy.
