右美托咪啶临床应用研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 右美托咪啶是α2-肾上腺素受体激动剂,可广泛作用于哺乳动物的大脑,产生镇静、减少麻醉药用量、镇痛和抗交感作用。近期大量的研究证实,它有利于提高危重症患者的预后,改善远期脑功能。这些作用可能源于其神经保护作用,包括减少谵妄,保护正常的睡眠结构、换气功能,降低交感紧张和炎症反应等。右美托咪啶作为局麻药辅助用药也是非常有价值的。
