摘要
目的 :观察脑内多种神经递质对癫痫发作的影响。方法 :以癫痫患者和SD大鼠为实验对象 ,用脑功能检测的最新技术脑电超慢涨落图分析仪 (encephalofluctuogramtechnology ,ET)长时程采集脑电信号 ,提取在脑电中载有脑神经递质调节系统的震荡信息 (即S谱线 ) ,分析癫痫发作时的脑神经递质的变化。结果 :患儿癫痫发作时 ,S谱线中S2 (谷氨酸 )增高 ;S1(γ 氨基丁酸 )降低 ,造成S1<S2。S5 (乙酰胆碱 )也明显增高。海人酸 (Kainicacid)致痫大鼠痫样放电时基频S谱线的S1、S13(戊巴比妥 )减低 ,S2、S5和S7(去甲肾上腺素 )等谱线增高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :癫痫发作时脑内多种神经递质释放异常 ,兴奋性递质增加 ,抑制性递质降低。
Aim: To observe the effects of neurotransmitters in brain on epileptic seizures. Methods: In epileptic children and SD rats induced by injection of kainic acid into hippocampal area, the fluctuating information regulated by neurotransmitters in brain was abstracted from EEG, which reflects the levels of many transmitters in brain. In epilepsy seizures, the changes of neurotransmitters were analyzed with the latest analysis technology of brain function-encephalofluctuogram technology (ET). Results: In the epilepsy seizures in children, the SI spectral line(GABA) in encephalofluctuogram decreased, S2 spectral line(Glu) increased, so SI<S2. And S5 spectral line (excitory neurotransmitter Ach) was also higher than in the epileptic intervals. The similar changes of above neurotransmitters were observed in kainic acid-induced epileptic rats. Conclusion: Animal and clinical experiments suggested that the ET may reflect the levels of many neurotransmtters in the brain, and in epilepsy seizures, the releases of many neurotransmitters were abnormal.
