摘要
气-液柱状旋流式分离器(GLCC)分离装置性能中一个关键问题是对其液位进行控制。为了改善液位控制性能,在传统PID控制器基础上引入了模糊自整定PID控制器。针对控制器参数初始值的选取问题,结合ΔqVin-ΔΗ响应曲线引入了描述液位波动的指标方程,经参数优化后进行仿真比较,结果证明了液位控制效果的提升。
Level control in gas liquid cylindrical cyclone (GLCC) is critical in separation performance. Fuzzy self-tuning PID controller is introduced into traditional PID controller to improve liquid level control performance. In allusion to the selection of initial value for controller parameters, an index functional formula describing fluctuation of level combined with A qwn-△H curve is introduced. The simulation result indicates GLCC liquid level control performance is improved with parameters optimization.
