海上多元热流体吞吐先导试验井生产规律研究 被引量:49

摘要 针对渤海湾某稠油油田常规开发单井产能低、采油速度低、预测采收率低的问题,提出采用多元热流体吞吐改善海上稠油开发效果。同时,借助小型化热采设备研究的新突破,开展了海上稠油多元热流体吞吐的先导试验。对先导试验井不同阶段的生产特点进行了分析,探讨了周期内产量递减规律和含水变化规律,并借助数值模拟软件研究了其合理生产压差。实践表明,多元热流体吞吐产能是常规开采产能的1.5~3.0倍,开创了国内外海上稠油热采的先例。 Some heavy oil reservoirs in the Bohai Bay have exposed limits of low single well productivity,low production rate and low predicted recovery by using conventional development.Multiple thermal fluid stimulation is proposed to improve offshore heavy oil development.A pilot test has been carried out on the basis of the new breakthrough in compact thermal recovery equipment.Well production performance at different stages of the pilot test is analyzed,and the trends of production decline and water content variation are explored,and reasonable producing pressure drop is studied with the help of numerical simulation software.It has been proved through practices that the productivity of multiple thermal fluid stimulation is 1.5 to 3.0 times of conventional methods,thus opened up a new way of thermal recovery of offshore heavy oil.
