摘要
海坨地区部分储层裂缝发育,且多为高角度缝、垂直裂缝,裂缝宽度约为0.3 mm,地层中裂缝的开度分布范围广,很难采用常规的屏蔽暂堵技术开展储层保护。为此,优选了纤维封堵剂和复合封堵剂,在对渗透率影响较大的孔喉处形成架桥;确定了屏蔽暂堵钻井液配方,辅以粒度适宜的充填粒子和可变形粒子进一步封堵,最终形成致密的暂堵带。通过暂堵强度和反排解堵效果评价实验证明,该技术对于海坨地区的裂缝性储层具有很好的保护作用。
Some reservoirs of Haituo area have fractures;most of the fractures are high-angled and vertical;width of the fractures is about 0.3mm;distribution of the fractures is wide;it's difficult to implement reservoir protection by using conventional temporary blocking technology.In view of this situation,two types of blocking agent,namely,fiber blocking agent and composite blocking agent,are adopted,which can form bridge plug between large pores and throats;drilling fluid preparation with temporary blocking is developed which includes filling particles and deformable particles for further blocking,thus forming temporary blocking zone.The effect evaluation experiment of temporary strength and back flow blocking removing shows that the technology has good reservoir protection function for the fracture reservoirs of Haituo area.
