摘要
创业团队是科技创新中的关键因素,创业团队胜任力的培育有助于科技创新成果转化。文章以科技创新创业团队为研究背景,运用AHP法确定科技创新创业团队胜任力评价体系中各指标的权重,使用模糊综合评价方法对各模糊指标进行评价,并根据评价结果提出科技创新创业团队应着重团队协作能力、关系能力等方面来提升团队胜任力。
Entrepreneurial team is the key factor in scientific and technological innovation. Cultivation of entrepreneurial team competency contributes to the innovation of scientific and technological achievement transformation. The paper is based on the scientific and technological innovation team, and uses the AHP method to calculate the weight of the indexes, then assesses the indexes by fuzzy synthetically evaluation. According to the evaluation results, scientific and technological innovation team should improve their team competency through emphasizing team collaboration capabilities and relation capacities.
