摘要
利用植物油环氧化制备增塑剂,由于其绿色无毒而备受关注。本文利用地沟油为原料,通过过氧甲酸法制备环氧地沟油,探讨地沟油高值化利用的新途径。实验以硫酸为催化剂,双氧水为供氧剂,甲酸为受氧剂,对地沟油环氧化反应条件进行了研究;通过单因素实验和L25(54)正交实验确定了最优反应条件:100g地沟油中加入67g双氧水-浓硫酸(双氧水:浓硫酸的质量比为200:1),10g甲酸在70℃下恒温搅拌反应6h,最佳反应条件下产物的环氧值达到了5.26%,碘值为3.67g/100g,酸值(KOH)为0.48mg/g。本工艺简单,原料成本低廉,产品性能完全可以满足增塑剂的要求。
The epoxidized plant oil used as plasticizer is non-toxic and has attracted more attention.In this article,the epoxidized drainage oil was prepared by peroxy formic acid method.The optimal conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiments as follows:the hydrogen peroxide and sulfuric acid(mass ratio:200∶1)is 67 g and formic acid is 10 g per 100 g drainage oil;reaction temperature is 70 ℃ and reaction time is 6 h.Under these conditions,the epoxy value of the final product is 5.26%.The iodine value is 3.67 g/100 g and acid value(KOH) is 0.48 mg/g.The low-cost products prepared by this method could meet the requirements of plasticizer.
