摘要
针对单片机抗干扰能力差、精度低的缺点,采用上位机与PLC的分布式控制方式搭建了机场消防车训练模拟器仪表系统。系统结合步进电机对仪表控制的先进技术以及PLC特有的高速脉冲输出功能,充分发挥了PLC稳定性高、适应性强、抗干扰能力强的特点与步进电机定位精度高、易于控制、可靠性高的优点。同时考虑到微软控件欠灵活以及API函数过复杂的特点,系统采用在VC++6.0编程环境下的串口类SerialPort进行串口通信。试验证明,系统设计合理,仪表可以平稳、准确地运行。
To overcome the demerits of single chip machine, such as poor anti-interference capability and low accuracy, the instrumentation system of training simulator for airport fire trucks is built by adopting the distributed control composed of host computer and PLC. The advanced technology of adopting stepping motor into control instrumentation and the unique feature of high speed pulse output function of PLC are combined by the system, thus the advantages of high stability and adaptability and anti-interference capability from PLC, as well as highly accurate positioning, easy to control, and high reliability from stepping motor are given full play. In addition, because of the less flexibility of the controls from Microsoft, and too complicated API function, the serial port class SerialPort under VC++6.0 programming environment is adopted to implement serial communication. The test verifies that the system design is reasonable, the instrumentation is working stably and precisely.
