摘要
为了探讨经编无缝服装贾卡组织对热湿舒适性的影响,通过实验的方法研究具有代表性的9种贾卡组织的热湿舒适性能,并结合灰色理论中的聚类方法分析经编贾卡组织面料的热湿舒适性。根据人体各部位热湿程度的不同,将胸、肩、下胸围、背部等上身各代表性部位进行分区设计,针对不同区域选择不同贾卡组织的面料。研究表明:贾卡网孔组织结构较稀松,透气性和透湿性很好,其热湿舒适性能较好。通过分区设计的方法使不同厚薄组织的面料应用于正确的服装部位,可以有效地提高经编无缝服装贾卡组织的热湿舒适性。
In order to discuss the influence on the thermal-wet comfort of jacquard stitch of warp-knitted seamless garment, the thermal-wet comfort performances of nine representative jacquard stitches are studied through experiment and analyzed by combined with the theory of grey clustering method. Chest, shoulders, chest circumference and back and other representative body parts are separately designed hy using different jacquard stitches. The result shows that the air and wet permesbilltles and the thermal-wet comfort of jacquard open net stitch are good. ~rough the method of partition design which makes face fabric of different thickness be used in the right clothing parts, the thermal-wet comfort of jacquard stitch of warp-knitted seamless garment can be effectively improved.
