摘要
主要阐述了模具加工中局部复杂曲面的加工工艺,即通过应用专用工装改变局部复杂曲面与刀轴间的相对位置,并应用CAM软件编程生成数控加工程序,实现在普通三轴数控铣床上加工复杂曲面的目的,达到简化加工工艺,节约加工成本,提高企业经济效益的目的。
Machining process applied in mold local complicated surfaces was discussed which was to change the relative location between machining surfaces and the tool spindle. CAM software and UG was applied to produce machining NC program, so as to machine the local complicated surfaces on the general 3-axises NC machine tools instead of multi-axis NC machine tools, to simplify machining process, save cost and increase enterprise economic efficiency.
