摘要
以碳酸钠为催化剂,通过改变原料配比并加入合适溶剂,制备了液态硼改性酚醛树脂.对配方工艺进行了优化、对产物结构进行了鉴定,同时研究了残炭率随单因素变化的关系.结果表明,固定硼酸苯酚比的情况下,随着甲醛用量的增加,残炭率C2先增大后减小;固定甲醛苯酚比的情况下,在硼酸苯酚摩尔比为0.3∶1时,残炭率C2最大,综合分析最佳配方为:苯酚∶甲醛∶硼酸=1∶1.4∶0.3.
The boron phenolic resin has been synthesized using sodium carbonate as catalyst and boric acid, phenol, formaldehyde as raw materials. The reaction system was added into a certain amount of ethylene glycol after it had been distilled for the aim to prepared solution shaped product. The carbon residue, thermal properties and hardening time have been investigated. The result shows that the resin has a better combination property when the mole rate of formaldehyde : phenol : boric acid is 1 : 1.4 : 0.3.
