摘要
系统调研了河南省安阳、濮阳、鹤壁三市产业集聚区建设发展基础,分析了其发展特色和建设贡献,指出了产业集聚区发展中存在的问题,系统提出产业集聚区主要发展产业集群的核心观点,并提出了促进产业集聚区发展的对策:持续深入贯彻落实国务院《指导意见》和河南省委九次党代会精神,持续推进产业集聚区产业集群发展,持续推进产业结构调整与升级.
After making a systematical investigation and research on the construction and development of industrialagglomeration areas in Anyang, Puyang, Hebi cities and analyzing their development characteristics and contributions, this article points out some problems existing in the development of industrial agglomeration areas, and presents the core idea of mainly developing industrial clusters in the industrial agglomeration area,then suggests some countermeasures to accelerate the development of industrial agglomeration area, such as continuing to thoroughly implement the Guiding Opinions of the State Council and the spirit of the Ninth Party Congress of Henan Province; continuing to push forward the industry cluster development of industrial agglomeration area, and continuing to promote the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure.
