摘要
为分析草海湖区耕地土壤HCHs、DDTs残留状况,于2012年3月沿草海湖周边采集耕地土壤样品55个,采用气相色谱法对土壤进行分析。HCHs残留水平介于0.06~16.66μg/kg之间,β-HCH为HCHs的主要残留物。DDTs含量范围为0.08~39.77μg/kg,P,P'-DDE、P,P'-DDD为DDTs在土壤中的两种主要存在形式。HCHs、DDTs之和在3种不同土地利用方式下,在土壤中的含量表现为菜地>玉米地>马铃薯地。
55 samples were collected around the Caohai Lake area in March 2012 for the analysis of residual HCH and DDT in arable soil. The soil samples were analyzed by gas chromatography in the laboratory. The residual level of HCH was 0.06 - 16.66 μg/kg and the main residues of HCH was β-HCH. The range of DDTs was 0.08 39.77 μg/kg and P, P'-DDE and P, P'-DDD were two major forms of DDTs in the soil. In three kinds of different land use, the summation content of HCH and DDT in the soil was different, which could be shown as the vegetable field 〉 corn field 〉 potato patches.
