摘要
车载LiDAR系统具有能快速测定道路、随时上路施测及费用较低等优势,其测距精度可达5 mm,综合测点精度达到cm级,系统采用了先进的直接惯导辅助定位技术(DIA),有效解决了GPS信号失锁的问题。通过电网GIS空间信息服务平台建设配网数据采集工作的验证,证明了在城区电力专题数据采集过程中,车载LiDAR系统能够满足相关规范的要求。

This paper verifies the grid GIS spatial information services platform for the construction of the matching network data collection work in the city electricity thematic data acquisition process, vehicular LiDAR system timely to meet the requirements of the relevant norms.
