This article introduced the injection mold design of transparent plastic shell of mobile phone battery cover, which can solve the problems of splicing line and gate mark on the transparent plastic shell by applying forced ejection and disk gate that is cut by a carving machine in batch mode. It also illustrated in detail the shell construction optimization for realizing the forced ejection and gate cutting, and explained how to carve the texture as well as design key points of the back painting jigs and gate cutting jigs.
