摘要
阐述职业生涯管理的基本概念,分析高校非事业编制人员的现状、特点及其职业生涯管理中存在的问题,以期促进高校人力资源管理的改革。
Based on the basic concepts of career management,this essay analyzes the current situation,features and problems in careering management for staff members unregistered in the government budget for public institutions in colleges and universities,to promote the HRM reforms in colleges and universities.
