基于裂纹扩展原理的深水半潜平台疲劳寿命分析 被引量:3

摘要 深水半潜平台长期承受波浪等各种载荷的交互作用,疲劳热点部位极易产生裂纹扩展而导致整体结构失效,因此有必要对半潜平台基于断裂力学方法进行疲劳寿命分析.文中首先对半潜平台进行整体强度分析,然后根据计算结果,选取立柱与横撑连接处为关键节点,并建立关键节点的有限元精细模型以进行疲劳热点应力分析,最后在关键节点危险节点处依据ABS规范定义初始裂纹,根据裂纹扩展原理计算平台关键节点的疲劳寿命.分析结果显示:该平台的疲劳寿命符合规范要求,但因该部位长期受波浪载荷和海水腐蚀作用,所以应当是日常检修和维护的重点. A deepwater semi-submersible platform suffers from waves and interacts with various loads in the long term,so the fatigue crack propagation easily occurs at fatigue hot spots,which could lead to failure of the global structure.Therefore,fatigue analysis for the deepwater semi-submersible platform is very important based on the method of fracture mechanics.Firstly,the strength of the global structure is calculated.According to the result,the connection of the column and the brace is chosen as a key joint.Then a fine FEA model of the key joint is built and the hotspot stress is calculated.Finally an initial crack is defined on the fatigue dangerous node based on ABS rules,and the fatigue life of the key joint is obtained based on fracture mechanics method.The results meet the ABS rules.The key joint suffers from long-term wave load and corrosion by seawater,so routine repair and maintenance is needed.
