摘要
采用水提法研究板蓝根多糖提取工艺,在单因素实验基础上,设计三因素三水平的响应面分析法对板蓝根多糖提取工艺进行优化,建立二次多项式回归方程的预测模型,通过响应面法确定的最佳工艺条件为:浸提温度90℃、浸提时间6h、液料比24∶1(mL.g-1),此时多糖提取率为11.92%.
The extraction method of radix isatidis polysaccharide is studied by using water extraction.Based on the single-factor experiment,a quadratic polynomial regression equation of the forecasting model is set up with Box-Behnken design of three factors and three levels.The optimal conditions of extraction are concluded as follows: extraction temperature of 90 ℃,extraction time of 6 h and liquid-solid ratio of 24 ∶ 1(mL·g-1).The extraction rate is 11.92% under these conditions.
