摘要
海上稠油油田探井多元热流体吞吐延长测试,由于产液速度大、周期时间长,钻井平台无法容纳大量产出液,必须通过外输管线至环保船,但海上环境恶劣,为弄清外界环境温度、风速及保温措施对产出液在外输管线沿程温度分布的影响,建立了产出液在外输管线流动沿程热损失计算模型,并对环境温度、风速及保温措施对产出液温度影响进行了计算分析,从而指导海上探井热采延长测试产出液外输管线的优化设计。
Offshore heavy oil field multiple thermal fluid prolonged test,because production fluid velocity is big,cycle time is long, drilling platform can't contain a large number of output liquid,must through the external transport pipeline to environmental protection ship. But ma- rine environments is very bad,in order to make clear the outside environment temperature, wind speed and heat preservation measures influence on output liquid temperature,tempera- ture distribution calculation model is established.Considering the environment temperature, wind speed and heat preservation measures,output liquid temperature was calculated and analysed.So as to guide design of output liquid transportation pipelines.
