摘要
目的探讨在人机交互过程中不同进度条(progress bar)状态对用户时距知觉的影响。方法在实验一中采用2(时间间隔:5 s,10 s)×2(进度条状态:匀速,加速)被试内设计,在实验二中采用单因素(线索提示:静止提示,少文件提示,多文件提示,无规则提示)被试内设计。结果加速进度条(先慢后快)、采用无规则的和多文件的线索提示能有效地使用户低估实际等待时距。结论通过界面提示可以有效降低用户知觉到的等待时距。
The aim of this study is to explore the influence of changing the state of the progress bar on user's time-distance perception in the human-computer interaction.In the first experiment,using 2(time interval: 5s,10s) × 2(progress bar state: uniform progress bar,speed up the progress bar) within-subject designs,in the second experiment,using single factors(clues: static tips,small documents suggest that large file prompt,no rules prompt) within-subject designs.Results showed that speeding up the progress bar,adopting rules-free and multi-document clues can effectively allow users to underestimate the actual waiting time interval.Conclusion The findings implied that the tips through the interface can reduce the user perceived waiting time interval.
