摘要
两级式变换器比单级式变换器更适用于在输入输出变比较高的DC/DC变换场合。采用直流变压器作为两级式双向DC/DC变换器(BDC)的一级,实现电压变换和电气隔离。提出将LLC串联谐振的原理应用在全桥直流变压器中,实现了整个负载范围内全部开关管的ZVS开通和次级开关管的ZCS关断,满足了高效率的功率变换要求。详细介绍了双向直流变压器在升压和降压模式下电路的等效模型和参数设计原则,并研制出一台6 kW实验样机,验证了理论分析的正确性。
Two-stage converter is more applicable than the single-stage converter for high voltage input low voltage output case.This paper adopts DC transformer as one stage of the two-stage bi-directional DC converter(BDC), to re- alize the voltage transform and electrical isolation.LLC series resonant network is introduced to the full-bridge DC converter to achieve ZVS turn-on for all switches and ZCS turn-off for the secondary side switches, which meets the high efficiency power conversion requirements.The converter's equivalent model and parameter design principles in the step-up and step-down modes is introduced.The correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by a 6 kW prototype.
