摘要
研究了化学镀镍废液中磷资源的回收工艺。先将化学镀镍废液中的镍处理后,再将废液经双氧水氧化和铝盐化学沉淀,磷以磷酸铝的形式回收。在确定的工艺条件下处理,Na2HPO3氧化率可达97.5%,处理后废液中ρ(Na2HPO3)为2.4mg/L;氧化废液用Al2(SO4)3.18H2O沉淀回收磷,磷酸盐回收率可达94.4%,处理后废液中正磷酸盐形式的磷质量浓度为1.3g/L。
The recovery process of phosphorus form spent electroless nickel plating bath was investigated. Firstly nickel in the plating bath was removed, and then the waster solution was treated by chemical oxidation with hydrogen peroxide, followed by aluminum salt precipitation, and phosphorus was recovered as aluminium phosphate. After treatment under the optimum process conditions, the oxidation rate of Na2HPO3 can reach 97.5% ,and the Na2HPO3 content is 2.4 mg/L in the waste solution. After treatment by aluminum salt precipitation with AI2 (SO4 )3· 18H2 O, the phosphorus recovery rate can reach 94.4% , and the content of phosphorus in the form of orthophosphate is 1.3 g/L in the waste solution.
