运动补给法对去势大鼠骨质疏松作用机制的研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨运动补给法对去势大鼠骨质疏松改善机制的作用。方法:3月龄SPF级SD雌性大鼠80只,随机分为假手术组、去势模型组、运动组、运动补给组,治疗12周后,收集右侧股骨及血清分别进行骨密度、骨生物力学和ALP、E2、Ca/P的检测。结果:与模型组比较,其他各组在骨密度、骨生物力学最大承受负荷检测结果均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。运动组与模型组比较,ALP、E2检测结果差异有变化,但无统计学意义(P>0.05);运动补给组与模型组ALP、E2检测结果比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);Ca/P去势模型组与其他各组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:运动补给法具有改善去势大鼠骨质疏松的作用。
