摘要
针对铜氨/锦纶交织织物的性能特点,探讨铜氨和锦纶交织物的染整加工工艺,并测定了经热定形处理后织物的强力损伤、伸长率和回复率。结果表明,铜氨/锦纶交织物优化的热定形温度为190℃;铜氨纤维及锦纶单组分染色试验表明,前者采用低碱活性染料染色,后者采用中性酸性染料染色,染色性能较好;铜氨/锦纶交织物则采用先染锦纶后套染铜氨纤维的一浴两步法染色工艺,染色均匀,色光稳定,颜色重现性好。
According to the characteristics of cuprammonium fiber/nylon mixture, the dyeing and finishing process of the fabric is discussed. The strength loss, elongation rate and recovery rate of the fabric after heat setting are studied. The results show that the heat setting temperature for cuprammonium fiber/nylon mixture is 190 , the low alkaline reactive dyes and neutral acid dyes are suitable for dyeing copper ammonia fiber and nylon respectively. This two-step one-bath process provides the fabric with good levelness, stable shade and excellent color reproducibility.
