摘要
利用FLUENT软件对速度160 km/h交流传动客运机车牵引电机冷却风道进行了流场的三维计算分析,发现各子风道出口流量分配不均匀,没有达到设计要求。以各子风道出口质量流量值的平方和为目标函数,对风道入口挡板位置进行了优化,找到了使目标函数值最小的入口挡板的最优位置,使3个风道出口流量分配均匀,并改善了出口处的回流情况。
This paper conducts flow field's three-dimension calculation and analysis of traction motor's air cooling channel of 160 km/h AC drive passenger locomotive by utilizing FLUENT software.The flow distribution of each outlet is non-uniform,which doesn't meet the design requirement.Taking the sum of square of each outlet's mass flow as object function to optimize the baffle's position of entrance,the optimum baffle's position of entrance is finally found which makes the mass flow of each outlet distribute uniformly and then improves the backflow situation.
