带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折的疗效观察
摘要
目的观察带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折疗效。方法收集本院自2009年5月至2011年8月使用带锁髓内钉治疗的股骨干骨折的资料:平均年龄39岁(22～74岁)。结果平均随访12个月(6～18个月),术后无不愈合、无感染发生。结论闭合复位带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折疗效肯定,值得临床推荐。
