摘要
通过对北美、欧洲、澳大利亚等发达国家汽车道路救援运营模式研究,分析总结国内汽车道路救援的3种发展模式,即B2C模式、B2B模式和B2B2C模式,结合我国实际情况,给出国内汽车道路救援的发展方向。
Through the introduction of the development model of the automobile roadside assis- tance in USA , Europe and Australia , three development models of the automobile roadside assistance in China are analyzed. That is B2C, B2B and B2B2C. The direction of development of the automobile roadside assistance in China is pointed out according to its actual situation.
