摘要
研究了不同热处理工艺对合成Ti2SnC材料的影响,并利用X射线衍射仪测定了合成产物的物相组成,通过扫描电镜观察其显微形貌.研究表明:以2Ti/Sn/C和Ti/Sn/TiC粉体为原料,采用传统热处理技术,在1 000℃保温2h可合成高Ti2SnC含量的产物;通过热爆反应技术,在800℃保温2min,也可合成Ti2SnC,其中以2Ti/Sn/C粉体为原料所得产物中有较高含量的TiC和TiSnX相,而以Ti/Sn/TiC粉体为原料所得产物中Ti2SnC含量较高.
Effect of diffevent heat treatment technology on the synthesis of Ti2SnC is synthesized. The phase composition of the products is determined by XRD. The morphology of the products is observed by SEM. The results show that high content Ti2SnC can be obtained at 1000 ℃ for 2 h using traditional heat treatment from 2Ti/Sn/C and Ti/Sn/TiC powders for 2 min. The product obtained from 2Ti/Sn/C Ti2SnC can be obtained from Ti/Sn/TiC powders. Ti2SnC can be synthesized by thermal explosion at 200 ℃ contained amounts of TiC and TiSnX. But high content
