摘要
教育部的"卓越工程师教育培养计划"是响应回归工程实践信号的一次工程教育改革,是培养具有较强创新能力和实践能力的工程人才的一项质量工程。针对实施过程中出现的问题,提出完善该培养计划的方法和措施:培养标准应以国家制定的通用标准为总纲领,以行业标准作为进一步细化的指导,结合各院校特色制定各自的标准,完善教学培养方案;统筹安排工作方案和专业培养方案,分阶段培养,设置供人才分流的出口;对试点高校和实践单位加强资金保障,妥善处理校企利益关系,共同制定规划校企合作的准则及各项细则,明确校企双方权责利的划分,完善校企合作培养机制。
A plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers＂ advocated by Ministry＇ of Education is not only an engineering education reform response to practice signal of Returning to Engineering, but also a quality project of training engineering talents with stronger innovation and practical ability. This paper focuses on the initiatives aimed at improving this plan. This paper suggests that for training standards, we should take the national common criteria as the guiding principle and industry standards as guidance for further elaboration, and work out college standards of each college according to their characteristics so as to improve teaching program. We must give overall consideration about work program and specialty training plan, cultivate talents in stages and provide channels for talent diversion. At the same time, we should strengthen financial security for pilot colleges and universities and practice units, properly handle the beneficial relationships between universities and enterprises, jointly formulate the guiding principles and details for university-enterprise cooperation. We will define the division of powers and duties of schools and enterprises, and improve the cultivating mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation.
