摘要
采取正交试验方法,对野生茄托鲁巴姆(Solanum torvum)叶片抑制黄瓜枯萎病菌抑菌物质的提取条件进行优化,并测定了最佳提取条件下不同浓度提取物的抑菌活性。结果表明,野生茄托鲁巴姆叶片中抑菌活性物质的最佳提取条件为以石油醚为提取溶剂,采用30℃超声波提取3次,每次提取15min;随着提取物浓度的增加,提取物对黄瓜枯萎病菌菌丝生长的抑制作用呈增强趋势,浓度为20~40g/L时提取物对菌丝生长的抑制率均>70%。
With the orthogonal experiment, extraction conditions of Solanurn torvurn leaf inhibite Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cucumarinum substance is optimized, and different concentrations extracts antimierobial activity in the optimum extraction conditions are measured. The results show that the optimum extraction conditions is using petroleum ether as solvent extraction, wave extracting 3 times using 30 ~C ultrasonic, each time for 15 minutes; with the extract concentration increasing, inhibition effects is increasing gradually from extracts on Fusariurn orysporum f. sp. cucumarinum hyphal growth, at the concentration of 20~40 g/L, the inhibitory rates are greater than 70% from extract on mycelial growth.
