摘要
目的比较DHS与PFNA治疗股骨转子间骨折术后局部骨丢失。方法 47例股骨转子间骨折的患者中,21例使用DHS内固定,26例使用PFNA内固定,分别测量术后3d、1年时患侧髋关节的骨密度值,计算骨密度的改变值,进行统计学分析。结果 PFNA组术后局部骨密度的减小值小于DHS组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PFNA术后局部骨丢失小于DHS术,更适合合并有骨质疏松的患者。
Objective To compare the DHS and PFNA treatment for intertrochanteric fracture between local bone loss.Methods 47 cases of intertrochanteric fracture,21 patients was treated with DHS operation,while 26 cases with PFNA,measured the suffer from side postoperative 3 days and 1 year mineral density value,calculated the change of bone mineral density value,carried on the statistical analysis.Results PFNA group postoperatively,there was local bone mineral density decrease value less than DHS group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion PFNA group postoperative local bone loss less than DHS group,the more suitable for patients with osteoporosis.
