摘要
首次以2-[[4-(3-甲氧基丙氧基)-3-甲基-2-吡啶基]-甲硫基]-lH-苯并咪唑为起始原料,在四异丙醇钛的N,N-二异丙基乙基胺溶液的催化下,经过氧化氢异丙苯氧化合成标题化合物,收率77.65%。所得产品通过了核磁共振氢谱与质谱的表征。
Rabeprazole sulphone was synthesized from 2-[[4( 3-methoxypropoxy) -3-methyl-2-pyridinyl]methyl thio]-1Hbenzimidazole. The process includes oxidation with cumene hydroperoxide catalyzed by titanium ( Ⅳ) isopropoxide which was dissolved in N,N-diisopropylethylamine with an overall yield of about 77. 65% . The structure of target product was confirmed by 1 HNMR and MS.
