红富士苹果叶片光合色素含量和果实生长量对NaHSO_3溶液浓度的响应 被引量:3

摘要 以9年生盛果期红富士苹果树为试材,研究了叶面喷施不同浓度亚硫酸氢钠(NaHSO3)溶液对红富士苹果叶片光合色素含量和果实生长量的影响。结果表明,红富士苹果的光合色素含量和果实生长量按NaHSO3浓度1、10、5mmol/L依次升高;Chl a、Chl b和Car.最大峰值出现在6月中、下旬。不同季节的Chl a、Chl b相对含量均呈现明显的双峰,且两峰值分别出现在夏初和夏末,这与果实相对生长量双峰值出现的时段叠合,而不同季节Car.的相对含量峰值则出现在夏末,这与Car.作为一种营养物质参与果实着色有关。这些结果表明,夏初和夏末是红富士苹果生长发育的高峰期,即NaHSO3溶液的最佳喷施时机和次数为夏初和夏末各1次。 The 9-year-old Red Fuji apple at the full bearing period was used as the materials in this study, and photosynthetic pigment content and increment of fruits of Fuji apple were investigated with NaHSO3 solution spraying. The results showed that photosynthetic pigment content and increment of fruits increased according to the the order of NaHSO3 solution concentrations, 1,10 and 5 mmol/L;the maximum peak of Chl a,Chl b and Car. appeared in the middle/last ten days in June. The relative content of Chl a and Chl b showed a double-numped configurations, and the two peaks appeared in the early and late summer, respectively. They overlapped with the time that the double-numped values of fruit increment appeared. The spike of the relative content of Car. in different seasons appeared in late summer,relating to it as a kind of nutrients in fruit coloring. These results showed that the early summer and the late summer are the peak seasons of the growth and development of Red Fuji apple;the best spraying time of NaHSO3 solution is in early summer and late summer,with a sparying for one time.
