摘要 针对传统油田原油计量站存在着计量不准确、劳动强度大,效率低等问题,提出采用GPRS方式开发原油计量站远程自动监控系统。该系统以PLC为现场控制器,以WinCC组态软件开发上位机监控软件,以GPRS方式实现数据的无线传输,构成数据采集与监视控制系统(SCADA),实现了原油的在线计量,数据的实时传输和设备的远程监控。该系统提高了原油计量站自动化水平,运行稳定,计量准确,满足了油田生产需要。 Many problems exist in traditional oil quantity station, such as inaccurate measurement, high labor intensity and low efficiency. This paper put forward a new wireless method, and used GPRS to develop a remote monitoring and control system. The system combined PLC with WinCC, and sent data through GPRS. It built a supervisory control and data acquisition system (SCADA). It can measure oil quantity on-line and transmit data instantaneously, and also monitor field apparatus remotely. It can improve the automatic level, and also can work steadily, measure accurately. It meets the need of oil field production.
