摘要
打击效果评估在现代战争中发挥了重要作用,是精确作战体系不可缺少的一部分。论文回顾了打击效果评估的发展历程,从物理级、功能级和系统级三个层次描述了打击效果评估,总结了现有的几种评估方法和评估模型,分析并指出各类方法和模型存在的优势与不足,进一步探讨了基于图像的打击效果评估研究中有待解决的问题。
Battle damage assessment（BDA） is an indispensable part of precision engagement system and plays an important role in mod ern war. The development history and present situation of BDA are reviewed, and BDA is described from physics, function and system ar- rangement, then current methods and assessment model for BDA are introduced based on image, their merits and demerits are analyzed. At last discussed the problems to be solved in research.
