摘要
在高层剪力墙结构中,不同连梁跨高比的耗能能力差别较大,为了探讨不同连梁跨高比对临界肢长剪力墙在罕遇地震作用下的抗震性能,本文以已竣工交付使用的某高层住宅为例,利用Midas Building对结构进行静力弹塑性分析,文章分析了结构在罕遇地震下的层间位移角、层位移、层剪力、结构的塑性损伤及破坏情况,并根据分析结果,提出优化设计建议。
